<p>Guess what? They only refunded the purchase price of the Dell, and <strong>not</strong> the interest, which at this point is a sizeable chunk of money from them dicking around for 5 months.</p>
<p>Best yet, when I called I was told that there was nothing more they could do. A complete refund had been issued and I should call Dell Financial, who do not seem to answer the phone.</p>
<p>You can be certain I&#8217;ll never buy a Dell and I&#8217;ll never let a friend buy a Dell ever again. The sting of a few hundred dollars of interest charges over several months will not go away. They will not win me back, ever.</p>
<p>Fuck you Dell; you suck. You had a chance to make this right and you completely failed.</p>
