I have to imagine that once the true draconian effect of this type of farming becomes apparent, major influence companies such as google and microsoft will be large campaigners in government to have it stopped. Being a video geek I have encountered copyright before. This is a freaking exploitation of it. Wow loop holes do really exist. As software creators make solutions to the problems that others overlooked in the first place they can now be sued for it. Ok well when they find the bug in the software that keeps nukes in their place will some lone programmer get sued when he fails to notice the bug in his software that launches every nuke in the US at one on some random destination.
