While browsing Google Analytics for my site I came across an interesting city name:
Uberlândia!Apparently Uberlândia is a city in Brazil but at this point I am hard-pressed to find a place with a better name.

I attended the Peterborough Jazz Festival last night to film Beverly Taft.
It turned out better than I expected. With the borrowed hardware from work the sound was excellent, the lighting and picture were decent. I’m very happy with how it turned out.
I was a little nervous about it since I was borrowing camera equipment that cost the company about as much as two luxury sedans, but everything went well and hopefully Beverly will like the end result.
I suppose I might feel comfortable doing work like this in the future.
Because I was too stubborn to give up on a mathematics course that was way too advanced for me I am now kicked out of Trent for another 1 year period.
I say, screw Trent.
I think I’ll just go to Athabasca U. to get my remaining mathematics credits. At some point I’ll need to do my project course, but that may have to wait another year.
Damn my luck. I wish I had the background in mathematics I needed to do well. Missing out on so much has hurt my progress far, far too much.
It’s frustrating, but life moves on I suppose.
